A fully illustrated scene based on your ideas, featuring multiple characters and a detailed environment.• CHARACTER ILLUSTRATION
Custom full-body illustration of a single character with a solid color, transparent, or simple background.Additional characters and/or complex backgrounds may increase the final price.• ISOMETRIC TOKENS
Custom stylized isometric tokens for use in virtual tabletops such as FoundryVTT.• CHARACTER DESIGN
By requesting this service we will work together to create a character based on your ideas, written descriptions and visual references.

By commissioning me, you agree to the
following Terms of Service:
1. ORDERING & PAYMENT
• Payment is accepted via PayPal Invoice in USD.
• Options: 100% Upfront OR 50% Upfront / 50% after Sketch approval.2. WORKFLOW & REVISIONS
• The process is split into two phases: Sketch Phase and Rendering/Final Art Phase.
• Sketch Phase: Includes up to 3 major revisions
(pose, outfit, expression, composition).
• Rendering/Final Art Phase: Includes minor adjustments (colors, lighting, small details).
• IMPORTANT: Once the sketch is approved, the pose and composition are locked. Major redesigns during or after the Rendering/Final Art Phase will incur an additional 20% fee.3. DEADLINES & DELIVERY
• Estimated turnaround time: 2 to 7 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.
• Timely communication helps! Extended delays in client responses will automatically pause and adjust the completion deadline.
• Deliverables: High-resolution digital file (.PNG) delivered directly through email or Direct Message (via download link).4. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
• Personal Use (Default): Commissions are for personal display only (avatars, wallpapers, printing for yourself, social media with credit).
• Commercial Use: Must be stated when ordering. A +100% commercial fee will be applied (merch, promotions, VTubers, etc.).
• Intellectual Property: I retain IP rights to showcase the artwork in portfolios, social media, and artbooks.
• Confidentiality/NDAs: If you need the artwork kept secret until a specific date, please let me know in advance!5. REFUND POLICY
• Before the Sketch Phase starts: 100% full refund.
• During the Sketch Phase: 70% refund (if paid 100% upfront) OR 40% refund of the initial deposit (if paid 50/50).
• During/After Rendering Phase: 50% refund (if paid 100% upfront) OR 0% refund of the deposit (if paid 50/50; second payment is cancelled).
• Artwork Completed: No refunds after final delivery.• If I am unable to finish the commission, a 100% full refund will be issued.• Any cancelled or refunded commission revokes all rights. You may not use, publish, or distribute any sketches or preliminary work provided during the process.
